The following items are required as part of this application
Review/recommendation letter from Pickaway County Planning and Zoning Department
Impact Statement inclusive of school district, law enforcement, fire/EMT services.
A current plat and legal description of the property signed by an Ohio Registered Surveyor
Parcel number(s) and list of owners and their current mailing addresses of property within 500 feet and continuous to and directly across the street from such area proposed to be rezoned. Such lists to be in accordance with the Pickaway County Auditor's current tax list.
Ten (10) copies of the application and plot plan drawn to scale showing:
Shape and dimensions of the lot or parcel with front, rear, and side yard dimensions shown.
Exact size, location, and dimensions of existing or proposed structure(s) or of proposed alteration, if any.
Traffic access and parking
Written evidence of compliance with EPA and Health Department regarding sanitary sewer requirements.
Purpose use of all parts of the lot or parcel, and structures, including accessways, walks, off-street parking, and loading spaces, as well as landscaping.
Any additional information as required by the Zoning Inspector.
The relationship of the proposed development to the Development Standards.
The use of land and location of structures on adjacent property.
Landscape plans, if any is to be done.
Drawings and dimensions of any signs to be erected.
Notarized statement granting permission from land owner, if applicant leases specified property.
If the proposed district is a planned district, then the application shall include the additional information required in the planned unit section of the zoning resolution.
